Publisher Migration Window
Microsoft is retiring Publisher on October 1, 2026.
If your parish uses Microsoft 365, Publisher will be removed entirely on that date. Even parishes on perpetual licenses lose security updates and Microsoft support — and Microsoft itself recommends migrating to a different solution. The earlier you commit, the lower the onboarding fee.
A one-time onboarding fee covers your custom bulletin template build, parish-specific system configuration, and discovery work. Capacity is limited — we close new signups Sept 16–30 to guarantee delivery for parishes already in the queue.
